This is the Master's project paper that I submitted as part of the requirements for the Master's degree. This paper includes a literature review related to eLearning software applications, a discussion of the development methodology, a description of my proposed eLearning application, analysis methods, evaluation tools, a flowchart, and sample screen mockups.

This planning document is the result of a group elearning tutorial project about Xeriscaping (drought tolerant landscaping). My primary task for this project was to write this planning document, which includes a needs analysis, scope definition, project goals, learner characteristic analysis, a description of the learning objectives, and style standards. This document also includes project management information, schedules, a budget, constraint analyses, a flowchart of tutorial pages, and storyboard graphics.
